By accessing and using UnityFarmers services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

UnityFarmers provides hosted Unity Node licenses and hardware products for running Unity Nodes. Services are provided “as is” and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

License Agreements

Unity Node licenses are subject to availability and network requirements. License holders must comply with Unity ecosystem terms and conditions. Licenses are non-transferable except as explicitly permitted.

Hardware Products

Hardware products are sold as-is with the warranty terms specified at time of purchase. Misuse or modification of hardware may void warranty coverage.

Limitation of Liability

UnityFarmers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Disclaimer

Participation in Unity Nodes involves risk. Returns and rewards are not guaranteed. This is not an investment and you should not participate with funds you cannot afford to lose.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
