Shipping Information
We ship hardware products worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing.
Product Nature & Acceptable Use
This equipment is intended for development, testing, and educational purposes in lawful and authorized environments only. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for ensuring their use of the product complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Any illegal use is strictly prohibited.
Order & Shipping Policy
All units are custom-built upon order confirmation and receipt of full payment. Consequently, orders cannot be canceled once payment is processed, and we do not accept returns or refunds for shipped products.
Limited Warranty
We provide a limited hardware warranty as follows:
– Equipment Chassis: One (1) year from the date of delivery.
– Motherboard: Three (3) months from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers the repair or replacement, at our sole discretion, of any component found to be defective in materials or workmanship. The buyer is responsible for all transportation costs, both to our facility for service and for the return shipment. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may require shipping the product to our service center for evaluation.
Technical Support
We provide free remote assistance for setup and operational issues. Please note that operating this equipment and establishing a secure network environment require technical expertise. This remote support is provided on a “as-is” basis and does not guarantee specific outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is strictly limited to the warranty provisions stated above. Upon delivery of the product to the carrier, all risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer. We shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
Loss of funds or cryptocurrency.
Loss or corruption of data.
Damages arising from the user’s operation, misuse, or inability to use the product.
Damages resulting from an insecure network environment.
Any legal or regulatory penalties incurred by the buyer through the use or misuse of the product.
